PersonaTEC was given the task of analysing the rights and royalties department of a large European broadcaster and designing and implementing a comprehensive software system for the optimization of operations. On the basis of a thorough analysis of all relevant business processes PersonaTEC designed and implemented a contract management system that maximizes the automation of rights and royalties accounting and permits instant querying of the status of all available rights and options no matter how many different contracts are involved. The system currently manages over 500,000 contracts and can handle any constellation of rights and licensing agreements.
