PersonaTEC was asked to automate the planning and administration of an American university that provides university education to the US Armed Forces in Europe. The task was complicated by a large number of geographically dispersed training centers and the necessity to schedule five terms each academic year with many thousands of enrolments. Through the systematic application of group design techniques involving all key personnel PersonaTEC was able to implement a robust and comprehensive system for scheduling courses, recording grades and invoicing the military
